FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I realize that some of you may have some questions about me and my services prior to arranging to meet. So I have compiled a list of questions that clients have asked me over my 17 years practicing massage. I will be adding to this page when I have time.
What made you become a Massage Therapist?

I have always loved helping people. Growing up, I cared for my mother who had heart problems, cancer, stroke and severe migraine headaches. I would worry about her and make sure I was always there for anything she needed. I believe this helped form my desire to help others struggling with physical and emotional trauma. Additionally, I would give neck and shoulder rubs to friends/family at a young age (teenage years) and I always found it healing for both them and myself.
How long have you been practicing Massage and did you get formal training?

2025 Is the start of my 18th Year Practicing Massage Therapy Full-time. Yes, I graduated a state accredited Massage School prior to that and scored at the top 3 of my class.
Where do you work out of?

For 14 years I have had my own private offices. I now work out of my home office in Fredericksburg (about 10 minutes from cosners corner shopping center), which is very cozy and relaxing, complete with a cushy massage table, fresh, clean linens, towels, bottled water/coffee if you would like, waterfalls, fireplace, candles, soft music. I also have a private bathroom for your use if needed.
What is your Cancellation Policy?

Please only book your appointment when you are 100% certain you can make it as most likely I will be turning others away to see you. If you prepaid for your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice so I can fill your spot. Otherwise I will not be able to reschedule you if you give less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation. There are no refunds. If you prepay and just don't show up for your appointment, you are not entitled to a re-scheduling. Communication and respect is key.
How do I decide which service is best for me?

Feel free to peruse my Services page and read each description. If you aren't a touchy/feely person you most likely won't be into the Cuddle Therapy. Afterwards google massage therapy etc, and see if the benefits align more to your needs.
What is your screening process?

Since I work from my home office, I like to know what site you found me exactly and have a verification picture since I will be alone with you in my private home. Sometimes I may ask for more information, for you to take a selfie in a certain pose, maybe a copy of drivers license to make sure you aren't a murderer out on parole lol ( with only your street address crossed out if you feel the need for privacy) and or possibly work information so I feel safer. No one sees this but me and remember, you are coming to MY PRIVATE HOME so you will have all my private information. Asking for screening is to ensure my safety being alone with a client that doesn't prepay. If you prepay, some or all of this can be omitted.
I want to see you, but I'm worried about my Privacy

I am very respectful of your privacy. If you let me know you don't wish to be on any texting lists, I will not contact you, until you contact me and I never give out any information whatsoever to anyone about you or your visit. Please rest assured - you can feel very safe with me.
What hours and days are you available?

I am available 7 days a week with 2+ hours notice appreciated from 1pm til 10pm. However, sometimes I might be able to see you with just one hour notice.
What payment methods do you accept?

Since I work from my home I always prefer prepay via applepay or zellepay. Sometimes I will also accept cash with extra screening, if I feel comfortable that you will show up, pay and be respectful.
I love massages but I just don't want to be naked. Is that ok?

Of Course! Your body - your limits! It's up to you what you take off. You can leave on underwear and socks or you can leave on your thin sweatpants or tshirt if you feel incomfortable and I can manipulate your muscles over the clothing (no lotion of course)
Do you ever do Outcall?

No, sorry. No outcall. Un less I have met you several times recently and feel comfortable with you. And there would be an extra outcall fee plus 2-3 hours minimum charge depending on location.
How do you feel about disparities?

I think it's horrible. Disparities can exist towards gender, sexual orientation, race, age, height/weight, occupation, disability status, socioeconomic status, if you have a deep accent from another country etc.

I get targeted all the time, my entire life so I know first hand how horrible it can be. People need to come together and realize we all are the same/but different and welcome our differences. We all bleed the same color, we all suffer.
I want a massage but I'm afraid I will get an erection and you will get mad.

Having an erection is a nature body response to feeling good. I would never get upset that you feel relaxed and good.
What Massage Modalities do you use?

Swedish Relaxation, Sports, Some Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi (hawaiian massage), Reflexology and Light Touch Massage. I also incorporate some light range of motion stretches.
What can I do to make you want to see me for an appointment?

This is a great question!!! Read my ad, my website thoroughly, be respectful, don't cross boundaries, don't be disrespectful/vulgar/creepy/rude/pushy, be generous, book a 2+ hr Premium appointment, be ready to prepay via Applepay or if you don't have an iphone, zellepay is ok. Cash ok sometimes too with your drivers license and a verification picture.
Is your home office wheelchair accessible and without stairs?

No, I'm sorry. There is nothing I can do about that. There are about 10 stairs you will need to walk on.
Do you see everyone that contacts you?

No, since I work from home I screen clients for my safety and If they don't want to screen or women have marked them as violent, timewaster, playing games, etc, I don't see them or will require higher fee prepaid only.
Sadly I've gotten responses afterwards threatening my life or to ruin my reputation some of them also saying "You're a nutjob anyway" or "You're a fat-ass!" so I made the right decision in those cases.
Ironically in those type of responses, the men were branded by women as a rapist and robber and or violent stalker harassing them. I've had threats on my life and my reputation mostly by African males over the last few years and one by a young White male in the early part of my career because I wouldn't see him due to improper behavior on his end. A decent human being does not threaten a massage therapists' life or business reputation because she wasn't willing to see them since that person would not screen, has a problem with their fees, wouldn't pay the service cost or because that client acted inappropriately in the therapist's office or home. That's just Common sense.
