What to expect before, during and after your appointment

Before your appointment:

Check the services page and select whichever service one looks most appealing to you and your needs.

Before booking, please alert me to any medical or skin issues you may have. Most things I can work around. If you have a cold/flu/covid, please wait til it's completely gone before seeing me. Thank you in advance.

Shower, brush your teeth, wash your face, apply deodorant and do not drink or eat  an hour or two prior to arriving for your appointment in case  you get nausea or acid reflux from laying face down

Wear comfortable clothing and socks.  Tshirt, pants (can be thin yoga like pants) and socks required for  cuddle therapy

Make sure you gps the location I give you prior to leaving and stop by the bank on the way unless you already prepaid. Leave early if you think there might be traffic.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to appointment time unless I have  you be at a location to verify prior to giving you my address.  Once here, please park in visitors spot, stay in your vehicle and text me that you are here.  When I am ready for you, I will have you come in.

Please leave your phone and anything else, in your car locked and not visible to anyone walking by. No weapons, drugs, drinks or food permitted. Please don't chew gum. Flowers always accepted though ;-)   White Daisies have always been my favorite.

During your appointment:

Relax, take a deep breathe. You will be greeted with a smile and hug (only if you like hugs)

Take off your shoes at the door. Please wear socks or bring socks with you since you are a guest in my  home. :-)

I will show you around and ask if you need to use the restroom. Then we will both wash our hands/use hand sanitizer.

If you are doing the Cuddle & Massage, we start with the Cuddle Therapy first (you are clothed for this) then halfway through our time we move over to the Massage table and you get undressed to your comfort level. Most people leave on underwear. Draping is up to your comfort level. Please leave your socks on.

I will check and make sure you are comfortable with the temperature and my pressure.  The music is spa/relaxation but I can change it to whatever helps you relax.

I can wipe you down after your massage, or you can allow the lotion to soak in and hydrate your skin. Most people have dry skin so the lotion helps.

After Your Massage:

When getting up from the table, Please be respectful of others time, as I may have another appointment after you.  Get up slowly and put your clothes on. Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer if they were worked on. Be sure not to forget any items you came in with (shades, cap, watch etc)  Drink lots of water after your massage to help release the toxins from your body. If you had a multiple hour massage, take it easy once you get home. If you are feeling groggy before leaving, make sure you take a few minutes to be stable enough to drive.

Everyone experiences a massage in a different way.  You might feel sleepy, drowsy, energized or maybe you wanted deep tissue work and feel the pain of the deeper work. Give it time to subside. I tend to do mainly medium pressure but will work lighter or deeper depending on your needs.

Give it time, relax, reep the rewards of your massage and don't forget to book another massage!
